This is a truly international conference, with scholars from Europe, Japan and the United States, as well as all parts of Britain, presenting a wide range of papers. We hope it will also be fun - an excellent conference dinner is planned at Manchester's Beluga restaurant - friends and partners are welcome.

I would really appreciate forms being returned by the end of October (though late bookings would always be welcomed!)

If you have not yet paid this year's subscription it will be possible to do so at the conference.

The booking form contains two useful internet links. The first is a street map of central Manchester with an arrow indicating Friends Meeting House - our conference venue. The second is a link to Manchester Tourist Information's website, which will give you a list of hotels and guest houses from which you may choose. You can also select your preferred dishes from the Beluga menu!
